The concept of That Green Space was inspired by the foundational green Lego piece that lays the foundation for all Lego constructions. The product and services offered by That Green Space is encapsulated in the green Lego piece which is for the company, an icon of infinite possibilities. That Green Space is the next generation platform that brings together multiple components fully configurable to meet the needs of each unique property development. With the ever-increasing need to be green and sustainable, the assimilation of once-disparate parts into a unified system helps property development and management companies become time and energy efficient, which is one of That Green Space’s key motivation.

The identity focuses on the collaborative nature of the green-based technology that characterises the brand. Shapes and tessellations are used to create gradient along with one or more shades of green. These shapes that make up the variations of gradient patterns that can be seen as different parts that come together to form a harmonised whole. This emphasises further on the customisability and collaborative qualities of the brand.
