When asked to refresh the visual identity of Veredus Laboratories, our team asked ourselves how can we create a visual outlook that can set Veredus Laboratories apart from other similar companies in a biomedical hub such as Singapore.
Through a visual survey, we discovered that the graphic materials of many biomedical and science-related industries tended to be visually complicated, text-heavy and hard to understand. This drove us to overhaul the visual identity, focusing on simplicity and clarity. Most importantly, this approach was conceptually-aligned with Veredus Laboratories‘ core range of products which made virus detection simple and easy.
From the graphic application, layout, colour scheme to the logo design, the new, refreshed visual identity strove towards that same language of simplicity and clarity.
